Regency Fincorp Ltd — Results, 26-07-2025: Result

The Board of Regency Fincorp met to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a total income of Rs. 9.34 crore and a profit after tax of Rs. 3.16 crore. The Board also approved the issuance of 50 unlisted, secured, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth Rs. 5 crore through private placement.
