CreditAccess Grameen reported its highest-ever Q1 FY26 disbursements. Asset quality shows stabilization, with Karnataka's PAR 15+ accretion easing to 0.58% from 2%. Collection efficiency stood at 93.2%. Q1 PAT was ₹60 Cr, with an ROA of 0.9%. The company wrote off ₹693 Cr (₹603 Cr accelerated) and added 2.16 lakh borrowers. The retail finance portfolio grew to 6.8% of AUM. Management expressed confidence in robust growth and profitability in H2 FY26, driven by favorable monsoons and strengthening rural sentiment. The borrower base is expected to grow 5-7% post accelerated write-offs.
