Kinetic Engineering's board has approved the financial results for the recent quarter. Consolidated revenue reached Rs 35.10 Cr, with a profit of Rs 0.52 Cr, notably including a Rs 4.58 Cr gain from non-core asset sales. The company also committed Rs 15 Cr towards its subsidiary, Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. An Annual General Meeting is scheduled via video conference for shareholders.
