Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts' board has approved the appointment of M/s JCA & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval. The board also accepted the resignation of M/s KPSJ & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors, noting no concerns from the outgoing firm. Subsequently, M/s Rawka & Associates has been proposed as the new Statutory Auditor to fill the vacancy, also subject to shareholder approval.
