Kinetic Engineering's board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a standalone profit after tax of 0.94 Cr and a consolidated profit of 0.64 Cr. Other income included 4.58 Cr from the sale of non-core assets. The company invested 15 Cr in its subsidiary, Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd., and issued 200,000 convertible warrants at Rs. 171 each.
