UltraTech Cement has announced its 25th Annual General Meeting for August 19, 2025. The company proposes a dividend of ₹77.50 per share and will seek approval for the appointment of Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP as a new statutory auditor. In FY 2024-25, UltraTech delivered ₹75,955 Crore net revenue and ₹13,302 Crore EBITDA, significantly growing capacity by 42.6 MTPA through strategic acquisitions. Expanding its business, the company is venturing into Wires and Cables with a planned ₹1,800 Crore investment, while advancing decarbonization efforts by piloting ZeroCAL technology.
