Nucleus Software Exports Limited — Others, 28-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Nucleus Software Exports Limited conducted its 36th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders approved several key resolutions. These included the adoption of the audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per equity share for FY25 was also declared. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vishnu R Dusad and Dr. Ritika Dusad as directors, and Mr. Parag Bhise and Dr. Ritika Dusad as Whole Time Directors. The re-appointment of Mrs. Yasmin Javeri Krishan as an Independent Director and the appointment of M/s. PI & Associates as Secretarial Auditors were also approved.
