Radhe Developers India Ltd — Board Meeting, 28-07-2025: Board Meeting

Radhe Developers' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a revenue from operations of Rs 6.15 Cr and a profit of Rs 3.88 Cr. The board also re-appointed Mr. Ashish Patel as Managing Director & CEO for a five-year term starting January 1, 2026. Additionally, following the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's input, Mr. Rajendra Bholabhai Patel was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. The Board's Report for the last financial year and the 31st Annual General Meeting notice were also approved.
