Veranda Learning is strategically demerging its Commerce Vertical into a new entity, J.K. Shah Commerce Education. This aims to unlock value and accelerate growth for the specialized segment. Veranda will acquire the remaining stake in Veranda XL and utilize QIP funds to make the commerce subsidiary debt-free. The new entity will unify top commerce brands, targeting over ₹1000 crore revenue by FY30. This restructuring enhances operational focus, boosts shareholder value, and positions the Commerce business for independent growth and future listing.
