Chetana Education Limited has announced its 2nd Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on August 19, 2025. Shareholders will vote on key items including the adoption of the audited annual financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. Also on the agenda is the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Jayantilal Rambhia as Chairman & Managing Director, who currently holds 6.9 Cr equity shares in the company. A proposal to appoint M/s. Singh Soni & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years is also planned, with an initial fee of 0.024 Cr for FY25-26. Remote e-voting is available for shareholders.
