Adani Green Energy's Q1 FY26 consolidated results show robust growth: Revenue from Power Supply surged 31% to ₹3,312 Cr, EBITDA jumped 31% to ₹3,108 Cr, and Cash Profit rose 25% to ₹1,744 Cr. Net profit attributable to equity holders soared 60% to ₹713 Cr, with EPS at ₹4.26.

Operational capacity expanded impressively by 45% year-on-year to 15.8 GW, thanks to 4.9 GW in new additions over the past year, including 1.6 GW this quarter. The company completed a major fundraising, converting over 4.07 crore warrants into equity shares, raising ₹6,024 Cr. Funds were utilized for debt repayment and subsidiary investments. AGEL is making rapid progress on its massive 30 GW Khavda plant, with 5.6 GW already operational.
