Adani Green Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 28-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has announced a board meeting where the financial results for the quarter were approved. Consolidated revenue from power supply grew 31% to ₹ 3,312 Cr, with profit attributable to equity holders at ₹ 713 Cr and Cash Profit up 25% to ₹ 1,744 Cr. EPS stood at ₹ 4.26. Operationally, AGEL's renewable energy capacity expanded 45% YoY to 15.8 GW, adding 1.6 GW in Q1. The company is on track for its 50 GW target by 2030, with 5.6 GW now operational at the massive Khavda plant. AGEL also successfully raised ₹ 6,856 Cr through warrant conversions, utilizing funds for debt repayment and strategic investments.
