Kinetic Engineering has announced its re-entry into the two-wheeler market with the all-electric Kinetic DX EV, launched via its dedicated EV subsidiary, Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd. The iconic DX returns as an advanced electric scooter, featuring a strong metal body, 37-litre under-seat storage, and an LFP battery offering an estimated 116km range for the DX+ variant. Prices start at ₹1,11,499, with bookings open for ₹1000 and deliveries beginning September. Kinetic Watts and Volts has been capitalized with ₹72 crores, and promoters have pledged an additional ₹177 crores in Kinetic Engineering to scale the DX platform, marking a significant strategic move into electric mobility.
