Bijoy Hans has new management control following an open offer, despite no shares being tendered. This marks significant changes to the board and operations. Kaushal Uttam Shah is now Chairman & MD. Two new Independent Directors, Mr. Brijesh Jugalkishor Biyani and Mr. Rahul Ravindra Mayur, were appointed, while several previous directors resigned. The company also approved financial results for the quarter and confirmed no deviation in using the 5.625 Cr raised via preferential issue. A new statutory auditor and CFO have been appointed.
