Muthoot Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 28-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Muthoot Finance's board has made key decisions. Mr. Thomas Kokkoth is appointed as the new Chief Risk Officer, effective August 6. The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 30, to be held via video conference. At the AGM, shareholders will consider several important proposals: increasing the board's director count to 16, the appointment of Mr. K V Eapen as an Independent Director, and KSR & Co as Secretarial Auditors. Additionally, the re-appointments of Mr. Chamacheril Abraham Mohan as Independent Director and Mr. Alexander George as Whole Time Director for five-year terms will be put forth for approval.
