Centrum Capital Limited — Important, 28-07-2025: General Updates

Centrum Capital clarifies details on its preferential issue of Equity Share Warrants. The issue price is confirmed at Rs. 28.52 per warrant. Proceeds of nearly Rs. 200 crore will be utilized primarily for debt repayment: Rs. 50 Cr for the company and Rs. 90 Cr for subsidiaries, expected within 12 months. An additional Rs. 10 Cr is allocated for subsidiary working capital and approximately Rs. 50 Cr for general corporate purposes, both within 24 months.
