Omaxe Group secured a significant Rs. 500 Cr funding from Oaktree, a global investment leader. This capital infusion is set to accelerate project delivery across its residential, commercial, and public-private partnership (PPP) portfolio, including key markets like New Chandigarh, Lucknow, and Dwarka. The funding will also provide growth capital and reduce market dependence. Omaxe recently reduced its net debt to Rs. 300 Cr by repaying Rs. 1285 Cr and achieved strong property sales of over Rs. 3000 Cr in FY25. This boosts execution speed and future expansion capacity.
