Shriram Asset Management Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 150,000 stock options to eligible employees under its ESOP 2022. These options, upon exercise, will convert into equity shares. Of the total, 125,000 options are priced at Rs. 350 per share, vesting over four years. The remaining 25,000 options are priced at Rs. 291.9 per share, vesting over three years. This initiative aims to incentivize and retain key talent, aligning employee interests with the company's long-term growth and shareholder value.
