Srivasavi Tapes' board has approved key appointments and set the stage for its upcoming AGM. Mr. Prasad Ravishankar and Mrs. Nanjundappa Vijayalakshmi were appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for a 5-year term, pending shareholder approval. The Director's Report for FY25 was also approved. The company will hold its 16th Annual General Meeting on August 22, 2025, to seek shareholder approvals and review company performance. This strengthens the board with new independent oversight.
