SONAMAC has announced a board meeting. The Board has appointed Mr. Narender Kumar as an Additional Director (Non-Executive) effective July 28, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kumar brings over 30 years of industry experience, particularly in milling technologies and agro-industry operations. He is the father of CMD Mr. Vasu Naren and father-in-law of WTD & CFO Mrs. Shweta Baisla, holding a 5.15% stake in SONAMAC. This appointment aims to bolster the company's strategic leadership.
