Gravita India Limited — Board Meeting, 28-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Gravita India's board met on July 28, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations soared to Rs 1,039.94 Cr, up from Rs 907.86 Cr in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 93.26 Cr, compared to Rs 67.33 Cr. This translates to an EPS of Rs 12.81. Additionally, Gravita Netherlands B.V. incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Recyclers Dominicana RDS, SAS. An interim dividend of Rs 6.35 per share, previously approved in May, was also paid during the quarter.
