Linc Limited shareholders have approved all six resolutions proposed via postal ballot. This includes the appointment of Dr. Mamta Binani as an Independent Director and the re-appointment of Shri Deepak Jalan as Managing Director, Shri Aloke Jalan as Whole Time Director, and Shri Rohit Deepak Jalan as Whole Time Director (Sales & Marketing). Shareholders also gave their consent for an increase in salary for Ms. Ekta Jalan and for material related party transactions, reinforcing governance and operational stability.
