The Hi-Tech Gears has opened a one-time special window for physical share transfers, running from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. This window is for shareholders whose physical transfer requests, submitted before April 1, 2019, were previously rejected or remained unprocessed. Shares re-lodged during this period will be processed only in demat (electronic) form. Eligible shareholders should submit their requests and required documents to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
