Waaree Energies Limited — Board Meeting, 28-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Waaree Energies has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations hit Rs 4,425.83 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 745.20 Cr and EPS of Rs 25.94. A major strategic move includes approving a Rs 2,754 Cr Capex for new 4 GW Cell and 4 GW Ingot Wafer plants in Gujarat and Maharashtra. This expansion will be funded by internal accruals and borrowed capital, spread over FY 2026-27. Additionally, the company is acquiring Voltshift Energy Transition Pvt Ltd for Rs 1 Lakh to foray into the transformer business.
