Active Infrastructures Limited — Others, 28-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Active Infrastructures' 18th Annual General Meeting saw shareholders approve all key proposals. This includes the adoption of the annual audited financial results for FY25 and the declaration of a Re. 1/- per equity share final dividend. Shareholders also re-appointed Managing Director Nitesh Sanklecha and Independent Director Ms. Asha Sampath for a second five-year term. Additionally, M/S. V.K. Surana & Co. were appointed as Statutory Auditors and CS Riddhita Agrawal as Secretarial Auditor, both for five-year terms. All resolutions passed with overwhelming shareholder support.
