Indo Count Industries has called its 36th Annual General Meeting on August 19, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited financial results for FY25, with Revenue from Operations at ₹3,771.65 Cr and Profit After Tax at ₹237.21 Cr. A final dividend of ₹2 per equity share is also proposed.
