IFB Agro Industries Limited — Important, 28-07-2025: Updates

IFB Agro Industries has appointed Mr. Rajat Purkayastha, a Chartered Accountant, as its new Internal Auditor. He replaces Mr. Rajit Chatterjee, who resigned to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Purkayastha brings extensive experience, having joined IFB Agro in 2006. His background includes serving as Head of Finance & Accounts at NoorPur Distillery, holding roles in the IMFL and Marine Divisions, and previously as CFO of the IFB Steel Division. This internal operational change aims to strengthen the company's financial oversight.
