Sterlite Technologies Limited — Others, 28-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

Sterlite Technologies has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting, to be held virtually. Key agenda items include approving the audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders will consider re-appointing Director Mr. Ankit Agarwal and Whole-time Director Mr. Pravin Agarwal, and appointing Mr. Rajiv Agarwal as a new Independent Director. Approvals are also sought for executive remuneration, including ₹5.62 crore for Mr. Pravin Agarwal and ₹2.96 crore for Mr. Ankit Agarwal for FY25. These were paid as minimum remuneration due to company losses. Independent directors' commission of ₹1.60 crore will also be reviewed, along with auditor appointments.
