Waaree Energies delivered strong Q1 FY26 results. Revenue surged 31.48% YoY to ₹4,597.18 Cr, with PAT jumping 92.68% YoY to ₹772.89 Cr. The company achieved its highest-ever quarterly module production at 2.3 GW. The robust order book stands at ~25 GW, valued at ~₹49,000 Cr. Waaree is on track to commission 1.6 GW module capacity in Texas and 3.2 GW in Gujarat. An additional capex of ₹2,754 Cr was approved for 4 GW cell and 4 GW ingot-wafer expansion. FY26 EBITDA guidance remains strong at ₹5,500-₹6,000 Cr.
