IFGL Refractories has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through e-voting. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Re 1/- per equity share for FY 2024-25, which is subject to member approval at the AGM. This is in addition to the Rs 6/- interim dividend already disbursed. Shareholders are encouraged to update their email and bank details for electronic communication and dividend payments.
