Kaynes Technology is expanding its horizons with three strategic acquisitions. It's taking a 76% stake in both Aerocaliph Components (~0.60 Cr) and Cryo Precision Technologies (~0.07 Cr) to significantly boost its aerospace manufacturing capabilities in India, eyeing future sector growth. Additionally, Kaynes is making a key deep-tech play by acquiring an 11.13% stake in Tranzmeo IT Solutions for ~43.09 Cr. This adds cutting-edge intelligent fiber-optic sensing network technology, diversifying its portfolio. Total investment amounts to approximately Rs 43.76 Cr.
