Richa Infosystems' board has decided to expand internationally by setting up or acquiring a wholly-owned IT services subsidiary in Dubai, UAE. This strategic move aims to boost the company's IT-related business operations abroad. The new entity will be 100% owned by Richa Infosystems, with an initial share capital of 0.01 Cr. The company will have full control over the subsidiary, including director appointments and voting rights. Tushar Dineshchandra Shah will serve as a nominee shareholder and manager.
