ONGC, BP Exploration (Alpha) Ltd, and Reliance Industries Ltd have formalized a Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) for offshore exploration in Block GS-OSHP-2022/2. This significant block, spanning approximately 5,454 square kilometres in the Saurashtra Basin, will see ONGC as the Operator. The consortium will undertake exploratory activities to assess and harness the region's hydrocarbon potential.
