This new venture will exclusively focus on IT-related business operations, significantly boosting Richa Infosystems' global footprint. The initial shareholding will be 100% by Richa Infosystems, with an authorized capital of 1,00,000. Chairman and MD Tushar D. Shah is set to serve as nominee shareholder and manager for this new overseas operation. This move aims to tap into the UAE's growing IT market.
