Eicher Motors has released its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2024-25 and announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting for August 21 at 1:00 p.m. via video conference. The company reported record FY25 performance with revenue of ₹18,870 Cr, EBITDA of ₹4,712 Cr, and profit after tax of ₹4,734 Cr. For the first time, motorcycle sales surpassed 10.03 Lakh units. Shareholders will consider a dividend of ₹70 per share. New motorcycle launches, including six models, contributed to growth. Key appointments for Executive Chairman, Managing Director, and Vice Chairman were also confirmed. Shareholders will also approve auditor remunerations and related party transactions for a subsidiary with Volvo Group, amounting to ₹4,000 Cr.
