BMW Industries has announced its board approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue reached Rs 130.37 Cr with a profit of Rs 10.64 Cr. Consolidated figures reflect revenue of Rs 148.69 Cr and a profit of Rs 15.15 Cr. The company awaits National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approval for the amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiaries, BMW Iron & Steel Industries Limited and Nippon Cryo Private Limited. The company is also appealing income tax demands totaling Rs 3.46 Cr, which management believes are not tenable.
