Source Industries India Limited's Board has approved a major management overhaul following the successful completion of an open offer, with new promoters taking control. Mr. Sudhir Reddy Posireddy is now Chairman & MD, alongside new Whole-Time Directors Mr. Naraharisetty Mohan Krishna and Mrs. Ramreddy Swathi, and new Independent Directors.
