Brigade Enterprises Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 28-07-2025: Record Date

Brigade Enterprises has set August 13, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for FY 2024-2025. The dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on August 21, 2025, will be paid by September 12, 2025. This date also serves as the cut-off for e-voting entitlement for the upcoming AGM.
