Brigade delivered a strong performance. Consolidated revenue grew 5% to ₹5,313.54 Cr, with PAT up 69% to ₹680.47 Cr. Presales hit a record ₹7,847 Cr, a 31% increase, and average realization rose 40%. The company launched 9.5 Mn sq. ft. across 11 projects. Commercial leasing revenue increased 31%, and BuzzWorks desks doubled. A minor fine of ₹0.035 Cr was incurred from a regulatory-mandated project delay. Brigade proposed a ₹2.50/share dividend and raised ₹1,500 Cr via QIP, with ₹1,068.72 Cr already deployed.
