BMW Industries Limited has taken on record its Q1 FY26 financial results. Total income stood at ₹153.54 Cr, a 12.5% year-on-year decline, with PAT at ₹15.20 Cr, down 32%. This temporary dip was attributed to a 45-day shutdown by a key customer impacting volumes. Operationally, the company increased its Pipes & Tubes manufacturing capacity to approximately 6,00,000 MT by commissioning two new Tube Mills at Jamshedpur, adding 60,000 MT. Net Debt rose to ₹164.38 Cr. Management anticipates volume recovery and is on track with its Greenfield expansion, aiming for revenue from the Colour-Coated Sheet segment by Q4 FY26, reinforcing its commitment to growth and value creation.
