Bringing over 30 years of industry experience, he is a strategic leader with strong technical knowledge in milling technologies and agro-industry operations. Mr. Kumar holds a 5.15% shareholding in the company and is the father of Mr. Vasu Naren (CMD) and father-in-law of Mrs. Shweta Baisla (WTD & CFO). This appointment, enhancing the board's expertise, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
