Bharat Seats' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of Rs. 427.06 Cr and a profit of Rs. 9.18 Cr, with an EPS of Rs. 1.46. Auditors gave a clean review, but highlighted an ongoing Income Tax search from a prior year, involving demands of Rs. 22.44 Cr. The company is appealing these.
