Amber Enterprises India Limited — Board Meeting, 29-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Amber Enterprises' board has announced a meeting outcome. The company approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations surged to Rs. 3,449.13 Cr, with profit hitting Rs. 105.98 Cr, and EPS at Rs. 30.51.

Strategically, the board also cleared an enabling resolution to raise up to Rs. 2,500 Cr through permissible securities, pending shareholder approval. Further expansion moves include its subsidiary IL JIN's plan to acquire majority control in Power-One Micro Systems and a 40.24% controlling stake in Israel-based Unitronics (1989) (R"G) Ltd.
