Tolins Tyres has incorporated Terra Rubber Private Limited, a new wholly-owned subsidiary, marking a strategic move into rubber recycling. This subsidiary will focus on collecting and reprocessing used tyres and rubber products to produce reclaim rubber, crumb rubber, and rubber powder. This backward integration is crucial for ensuring a high-quality raw material supply for Tolins Tyres, particularly for powdered rubber which is a key input. This development enhances supply chain stability and supports the company's environmental compliance efforts. The initial investment for this new venture is Rs. 0.01 Cr.
