Brigade Group has secured Joint Development Agreements for two new residential projects, Brigade Citadel 2 and Citadel 3, in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad. Spanning 10 acres, these developments will add approximately 1 million sq. ft. of luxury residential space, featuring 405 homes. This strategic expansion is estimated to generate over ₹970 Cr in revenue potential, enhancing the company's presence in a key South Indian market and building on the success of previous projects in the area.
