Hind Rectifiers has announced a board meeting where it approved a significant fundraising plan. The company will issue 2 Lakh fully convertible equity warrants on a preferential basis to Elventive Tech Private Limited, a promoter group entity. These warrants are priced at Rs. 1368.23 each, aiming to raise Rs. 27.36 crore. Each warrant can be converted into one equity share within 18 months. This move is subject to shareholder approval via a postal ballot.
