Varun Beverages' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. The company declared a second interim dividend of ₹0.50 per equity share for FY25, with August 2 as the record date and payment from August 5. Additionally, Mr. Pankaj Madan has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 30. The company also announced plans to incorporate a joint venture, White Peak Refrigeration, in India to manufacture visi-coolers and other refrigeration equipment. This JV will have a total paid-up capital of ₹42.50 Cr, with Varun Beverages investing ₹21.25 Cr for its 50% stake.
