GHCL Textiles Limited — Board Meeting, 29-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

GHCL Textiles has announced a board meeting on July 29, 2025, where key decisions for the company's future were made. The board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a profit of ₹13.52 Cr on revenues of ₹267.75 Cr. This quarter also saw 25,536 new spindles commence commercial production at the Madurai facility.

Looking ahead, an additional capital budget of approximately ₹11.25 Cr was approved for FY26, earmarked for a 3 MW Roof Top Solar Power Project and equipment for Specialty Yarns. Mrs. Sudha Pillai, IAS (Retd.) was also appointed as the Lead Independent Director.
