Kopran Ltd. announced its board meeting outcomes. The board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 135.22 Cr, with profit for the period at Rs. 7.45 Cr.

The company saw a leadership change as Mr. Susheel Somani resigned. Mr. Surendra Somani was appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for three years, effective January 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Chandresh Gunvant Gandhi was appointed as an Independent Director for five years. M/s Smita Prabhu & Associates were named Secretarial Auditors.
