Polychem Limited's board has approved the sale of a land parcel and factory building by its material subsidiary, Gujarat Poly Electronics Limited (GPEL), to Tirex Transmission Private Limited for Rs. 29 Cr. This property generated Rs. 17.79 Cr in turnover last year for GPEL, which has arranged to shift operations to a new location to prevent any adverse impact on its business.
